It all started when…

Wikipedia is the 7th most-visited site on the internet, but a lot of its information about linguistics and underdocumented languages is incomplete, out of date, or could be translated into other languages. Wikipedia is an accessible platform for disseminating information about endangered- and lesser-known languages.

LDTC Wikipedians organize periodic Wikipedia Edit-a-thons, wherein we get together and edit Wikipedia articles together. Anyone is welcome to join; no Wikipedia experience necessary!
